What is Normatik?
A web app for flat-rate sole traders (normirani s. p.). You issue invoices, track payments and prepare your tax return in it. It is developed by Softbase IS d.o.o.
Is Normatik for me?
Yes, if you are a flat-rate sole trader, sell services and are not registered for VAT. More on the What it does page.
Trial and price
How do I start the trial?
You sign up yourself at app.normatik.si. The trial lasts 30 days, is free and needs no card. You get it once per tax number.
How much does a subscription cost?
€5 a month or €50 a year, excluding VAT. It includes 5 GB of storage. More on the Pricing page.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is lost. You can still see your data and export it. But you cannot create new records without a subscription.
Working in the app
Does the program show how much tax I will pay?
Yes. It shows how much you have earned, how much tax is due and when you pay it. For every figure it shows the rule it came from.
Can I correct an issued invoice?
Yes. You correct a mistake with a new, linked document, such as a credit note. The original invoice stays visible.
How do payments get into the program?
You import a statement from your online bank or enter a payment yourself. The program shows what has been paid.
Does the AI assistant read my data?
Only if you switch it on. It only suggests and never changes a tax figure itself. More in the privacy policy.
Your accountant
Do I need an accountant?
Most flat-rate sole traders don’t need an accountant with Normatik. If you want one, you give them access in the app.
